Registration:
Registration for accepted participants will begin at 12 pm on Thursday 19 March.

Registration fee:
The registration is: €150. Please only pay the registration fee once you have received confirmation of your registration. The deadline for paying the registration fee is 6 February 2009.

This fee includes admission to the meeting, the abstract book, all lunches and coffee breaks, the Workshop Banquet and dinner in a traditional Viennese Heuriger.

Registration deadline:
The deadline for registration (submission of registration and abstract forms) is 15 January 2009. Please note that the deadline for applying for a Youth Travel Fund award is 10 December 2008.

Cancellation:
For cancellations by 6 February 2009, the registration fee will be refunded in full minus any bank charges. For cancellations after this date, there will be no refund.
